Seems like, Anil Kapoor is on a roll. On the other hand, Bhumi Pednekar is currently basking in the success of her recently released film ‘Badhaai Do’.
Now, we hear that Anil & Bhumi are reportedly all set team up for the first time for a movie.
According to the latest ETimes report, the duo will star in Karan Boolani‘s (Anil Kapoor’s son-in-law) upcoming directorial. In addition to this, the said movie will reportedly be produced by Anil’s daughter-Karan’s wife, Rhea Kapoor.
As the report further suggests, the movie will be a modern take on relationships, with plenty of romance and sensuality. The shoot of this yet-to-be-titled project is expected to kickstart in Delhi.
The balanced cast and plot details are kept under wraps as of now.
When being contacted by the daily, Karan apparently did not deny the story. He reportedly said –
“I can’t talk about it. I am shooting for something in the second half of 2022 but things are not yet finalised.”
Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor & Bhumi Pednekar were previously supposed to star in Karan Johar’s period film ‘TAKHT’. However, the movie has reportedly been delayed.
