The comedian faced backlash on social media after filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri alleged that the show refused to promote his upcoming film ‘The Kashmir Files’.
Vivek claimed that the Kapil Sharma show makers didn’t call them on the show as their movie lacked a ‘big commercial star’!
The filmmaker further snubbed the comedian by saying that it was Kapil’s and the producer’s choice to invite whomever they wanted! Vivek also slammed Bollywood by saying ‘non-starter directors, writers and good actors are considered as NOBODIES’!
