Patralekhaa has been roped in as the female lead. Phule is written and directed by National Award-winning director Ananth Narayan Mahadevan!

Mahatma Phule and Savitribai Phule are hailed as the pioneers of female education, who also actively fought against untouchability and casteism.

Produced by Content Engineers & Dancing Shiva Productions, the film is slated to release in cinemas in 2023.
