As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh’s report – Anek’s day 1 collection is a mere 2.11 Crores! This appears to be one of Ayushmann’s lowest opening films!
Set against the backdrop of insurgency in North-East India, Anek marks the debut of Andrea Kevichüsa who plays a boxer in the film, while Ayushmann plays an undercover cop.
Though well-intentioned in its approach, Anek has been receiving mixed reviews for being off the mark and monotonous.
