18-year old Shreya Lenka has made history as the 1st Indian Kpop star. She has joined as the 5th member of the kpop band Blackswan.
As per Tribune report, her stage name will be Sriya. Talking about the other members of the band, they are Youngheun, Fatou, Judy and Leia and Gabriela Dalcin (Gabi).
Shreya is working on learning the Korean language, improving her dancing and vocal skills. She is an avid fan of Kpop bands like Exo (her obsession started with this group) BTS, Stray Kids and The Boyz. Shreya has also learnt the classical dance form Odissi.
Talking about her audition journey – Shreya was one of 22 applicants selected from 4000 people for DR Music’s global auditions for Black Swan.
