Sometime back, it was being reported that Farhan Akhtar was working on the Don 3 script.
Rumours had also gone viral that Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan were going to pair up for the actioner.
However, recent reports beg to differ. As per Bollywood Hungama, Shah Rukh Khan has allegedly turned down Don 3!
A source told the portal, “It’s not like Shah Rukh Khan didn’t like the script. It’s just that Shah Rukh was not fully convinced. He knows Don is an iconic role and would like to step back into the character once he’s completely confident of the script. The box office scenario is not very healthy and he wants to be doubly sure before signing on the dotted line.”
Farhan is reportedly reworking the script now. Let’s wait and see what happens for this iconic sequel, if SRK gives the nod later on….
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming slate of movies includes – Pathaan, Dunki and Jawan.
