Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli, the power couple of Bollywood, recently added another asset to their real estate portfolio.
Virushka recently bought a lavish property in Alibuag, Maharashtra.
On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2022, the couple reportedly purchased an 8-acre-land near Zirad in Alibaug. It is said that a sprawling farmhouse will be made on that land.
Sourced from a report, the property came with a price tag of whopping Rs 19.24 CRORES! Oooh… fancy, right?
Reportedly, a deposit of Rs 1.15 crores has already been made to the government treasury and they have deposited stamp duty of Rs 3.35 lakhs.
For the unversed, Anushka-Virat, along with their daughter – Vamika, currently reside in a plush sea-facing 7,171-square-foot apartment at a Worli high-rise that cost them to a tune of Rs 34 crores.
