Raj Anadkat aka Tapu has quit Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah!
The actor officially confirmed his exit from the sitcom in an Instagram post recently.
“Hello everyone, it’s time to lay all questions and speculation to rest. My association with Neela Film Productions and ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has officially ended. It has been a wonderful journey of learning, making friends and having some of the best years of my career,” Raj wrote in a lengthy post.
Anadkat wished the TMKOC cast all the best for their future and promised the netizens that he’d be back to entertain the crowd with something new soon. Last year, rumours about Raj Anadkat-Munmun Dutta‘s relationship had gone viral, but they were quickly refuted.
Previously, Shailesh Lodha (who played Taarak Mehta) had exited the show.
