Cirkus 1st Weekend Box Office Collection Report-
The Rohit Shetty directorial starring Ranveer Singh in a dual role has been receiving an underwhelming response at the theatres.
Cirkus opened with a 6.25 crore collection on Friday. Day 2 saw a 6.40 crore collection and on Sunday, the film made 8.20 crores, bringing the total to 20.85 crores.
Loosely adapted from Shakespeare’s The Comedy Of Errors, Cirkus has been receiving criticism for its weak screenplay and humour as well as OTT performances.
Ranveer Singh will next be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Prem Kahaani with Alia Bhatt. Rohit Shetty’s next project is the cop action drama web series Indian Police Force, starring Sidharth Malhotra in the lead.
