Pathaan’s song Besharam Rang landed in a controversy soon after its release.
As per reports, the Central Board of Film Certification has advised the makers to make changes to the film as well as the songs.
Pathaan To Have Changes?
Before it hits the theatres, Pathaan’s revised version will allegedly have to be submitted to the board. CBFC Chairman Prasoon Joshi also commented on the matter.
Prasoon continued, “I must reiterate that our culture and faith is glorious, intricate and nuanced. And we have to be careful that it does not get defined by trivia which takes the focus away from the real and the true.
And like I have said earlier as well, that the trust between creators and audience is most important to protect and the creators should keep working towards it.”
Pathaan Release Date:
The YRF actioner, directed by Siddharth Anand, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham is scheduled to release in theatres on 25 January 2023.
