Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan landed in a spot of legal trouble recently.
An FIR was lodged against the star’s wife under IPC sec 409 (criminal breach of trust) by one Jaswant Shah.
Jaswant claimed that he had bought a flat for Rs 86 Lakhs from Tulsiani Group – a company that has Gauri Khan as its brand ambassador. He said that Gauri’s promotion of the project influenced his purchase.
However, despite paying the full amount, he hasn’t been given possession and in fact, the flat was given to someone else, he claimed. The apartment in question is located in Tulsiani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area.
Apart from Gauri, the case has also been filed against Tulsiani Group’s Chief Managing Director Anil Kumar Tulsiani and Director Mahesh Tulsiani.
