Alia Bhatt is on a roll these days both personally and professionally.
The actress recently purchased a luxurious house through her production house, Eternal Sunshine Productions.
According to a report, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress has bought a 2,497 sq ft apartment in Bandra (West), Mumbai. Located in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Pali Hill, the premium residential apartment is supposedly worth Rs 37.80 CRORES!
Reportedly, Alia, who recently bought multiple homes in Bandra, is said to have paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crores. The deal is said to be done on April 10, 2023.
Reports suggest, Alia has also gifted 2 flats worth Rs 7.68 crores to her elder sister Shaheen Bhatt. Located in Gigi Apartments, Juhu, the apartments are spread across 2086.75 sq ft. A stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakhs was also paid by her.
