The final verdict on Jiah Khan suicide case was declared today –
Sooraj Pancholi who had been charged with abetment to Jiah’s suicide was acquitted by the special CBI court on Friday (April 28) due to “paucity of evidence”. Check out his official statement –

Sooraj had also taken to Instagram and reacted with a story that read, “The TRUTH Always Wins!”
For the unversed, Jiah Khan died by suicide on 3rd June 2013. She was found hanging from her bedroom ceiling. She left behind a lengthy 6-page suicide note detailing her troubled relationship with Sooraj Pancholi. She alleged that Sooraj had cheated on her. Shockingly, she also revealed that she had gotten pregnant and had to abort Sooraj’s baby.
