Reports about Jawan being postponed to August went rife recently.
As per sources, Jawan which was initially scheduled to release on 2nd June, might hit the theatres at a later date due to some pending VFX work!
A source revealed to Bollywood Hungama, that Jawan wasn’t releasing on 2nd or 29th June but would be targeting 25th August 2023 instead.
“The delay was on the account of VFX. Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee were very clear that they wanted a fine-tuned world-class product for the audience,” they concluded.
As per previous reports, the trailer of Jawan was supposed to drop in the 1st week of May. But since there hasn’t been any noise on that front, speculations about Jawan’s alleged postponement have gone wild.
SRK has a double role in Jawan and will be essaying the role of both father and son. His Pathaan co-star Deepika Padukone is making a cameo in this Atlee film as well.
