The trailer shows Kartik as the lovelorn, cheeky Satyaprem who’s smitten with Kiara’s Katha. He pursues and flirts with her persistently, telling her he’s willing to wait till she’s ready for something serious. Looks like his wish gets fulfilled and he even gets married to her – but going by the grim look on Katha’s face, there appears to be trouble in the paradise.
