The talented Kriti Sanon turned 33 today. We wish a happy birthday to the gorgeous star! The actress who debuted with Heropanti has shown off her acting chops in versatile films like Bareilly Ki Barfi, Luka Chuppi and Mimi.

1) Meena Kumari Biopic
Kriti will be playing the Tragedy Queen Meena Kumari in her upcoming biopic. Fashion designer Manish Malhotra is set to make his directorial debut with this project. Meena Kumari was one of the iconic actresses of Indian cinema – with a career spanning 90 films like Baiju Bawra, Parineeta, Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam and Kaajal. She died tragically at the young age of 38, from liver cirrhosis that occurred due to her alcoholism.
2) The Crew
Set against the backdrop of the airline industry and starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon in the lead, The Crew has been directed by Rajesh Krishnan (Lootcase fame) and produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ektaa Kapoor. It also stars Diljit Dosanjh in an important role. In cinemas on 22 March 2024!
3) Do Patti
Kriti Sanon is donning the producer’s hat as well for the mystery thriller – Do Patti, which is arriving on Netflix. She is reuniting with Kajol after Dilwale. Set in the hills of North India, Do Patti is being written by Kanika Dhillon. Kanika is also co-producing the project under her banner – Kattha Pictures.
