Bollywood is all set to launch yet another cricket-themed biopic after ‘Ms. Dhoni: The Untold Story and ‘83‘.
Titled ‘Ghoomer‘, the film narrates the inspiring tale of a girl who, despite having only one hand, exhibits a spirit that surpasses two-handed bowlers.
The movie stars Abhishek Bachchan as the coach and Saiyami Kher plays the lead role. Let’s take a look at the first glimpse of Abhishek and Saiyami from the movie.
While posting the first look, Abhishek says, “Lefty hai? Left hi hai.
#GhoomerInCinemas on 18th August!” As per reports, The movie is directed by R Balki who is known for movies like ‘Paa‘, ‘Ki and Ka‘, ‘Shamitabh‘ and more.
‘Ghoomer’ is scheduled to make its world premiere on August 12 at Hoyts, Docklands, as part of the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2023 (IFFM)
