Dream Girl 2 2nd Weekend; Ayushmann Khurrana starrer’s India biz crosses 86.16 crores!
The Dream Girl sequel is slowly but steadily inching towards hitting 100 crores. Dream Girl 2 had started off a 10.05 crore collection, and Ayushmann had called it his career’s best opening!

For the unversed, Dream Girl 2 had crossed 40.71 crores within its 1st weekend. Week 1 had concluded on an impressive note after it hit the 67-crore mark. And now, the sequel has crossed 86.16 crores on its 2nd weekend.

Part 2 Synopsis:
Ayushmann Khurranna plays Karam, a small-town boy who wants to marry the rich Pari (Ananya Panday) but is drowning in debt.
To make ends meet and fulfil the monetary conditions set by Pari’s father, Karam takes his talent of talking in a female voice to the next level and transforms completely into Pooja, posing as a bar dancer.
One thing leads to another, and Karam as Pooja ends up getting married to a depressed Shahrukh Saleem (Abhishek Banerjee) while trying to keep his other identity a secret from Pari as well.
