Kartik Aaryan has allegedly bought a swanky office in the same building as his ex-girlfriend Sara Ali Khan?
Kartik has bought a luxurious office property in the Signature Building on Veera Desai Road in Andheri.
As per TOI report, the Satyaprem Ki Katha star bought unit 403 located on the 4th floor in the building for a whopping amount of Rs 10.9 crores! He paid stamp duty worth Rs 47.55 lakhs reportedly.
Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan also bought a 9-crore property on the same floor, along with her mother Amrita Singh. They paid a stamp duty of 41 lakhs allegedly.
For the unversed, Kartik Aaryan-Sara Ali Khan were rumoured to be dating when they had started shooting for Love Aaj Kal. They broke up in 2020 allegedly.
“2020 just got progressively worse. It started with a breakup and kept getting worse. It was a very bad year and most of it is on the Internet,” Sara had commented.
As per reports, Kartik and Sara were in a relationship for one year but due to a busy professional schedule, they had to go their separate ways. Their film together – Love Aaj Kal flopped at the box office, barely managing to cross 52 crores.
Kartik Aaryan Upcoming Projects:
Kartik was last seen in the romantic drama Satyaprem Ki Katha. His upcoming line-up includes Kabir Khan’s directorial Chandu Champion which is reportedly based on the life of Murlikant Petkar, a freestyle swimmer and India’s first Paralympic gold medalist.
Aaryan also has Hansal Mehta’s Captain India and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 as well. His Aashiqui 3 will go on floors in January 2024 reportedly.
Sara Ali Khan Upcoming Projects:
Sara was last seen in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke with Vicky Kaushal. Her upcoming projects include Ae Watan Mere Watan where she’s playing the role of Usha Mehta, Metro In Dino and Murder Mubarak.
