Welcome 3 was officially announced today. It has been titled Welcome To The Jungle. On the special occasion of Akshay Kumar’s 56th birthday, he surprised the fans with this highly-awaited announcement.
Welcome To The Jungle Cast:
Directed by Ahmed Khan with the story by Farhad Samji, Welcome To The Jungle has an ensemble cast starring Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Rahul Dev, Mukesh Tiwari, Sharib Hashmi, Inaamulhaq, Zakir Hussain, Yashpal Sharma, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani and Vrihi Kodvara.
Welcome 3 Release Date:
In cinemas, Christmas – 20th December, 2024.
The Welcome 3 team dropped the announcement accompanied by a hilarious acapella video. Akshay captioned his post, saying – “Thank you for all the love & wishes ❤️ Now, if you liked the Apple Kela, sorry A cappella here’s another welcome gift for you…Welcome…Welcome…Welcome

The previous installments – Welcome and Welcome Back were both helmed by Anees Bazmee. Fans voiced their disappointment about Uday and Majnu Bhai’s characters being missing this time around though.
“Every welcome is incomplete without uday-majnu,” a netizen wrote. “No Welcome without Uday Bhai & Majnu,” another user commented.
For the unversed, Welcome (2007 film) was a hit, it had crossed ₹117.91 crores at the box office. The sequel Welcome Back (2015 film) was also a success, raking in 168.76 crores at the box office.

Apart from this comedy, Akshay Kumar’s upcoming content line-up includes movies like Hera Pheri 3, Soorarai Pottru remake, Housefull 5, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Mission Raniganj. The teaser of Mission Raniganj was released recently too.
Akshay was last seen in the social comedy-drama OMG 2.
