Jawan has been shattering all box office records and how! The movie also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani and Sunil Grover among others in pivotal roles.
Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt also made cameo in this massy-actioner, produced by Gauri Khan (Red Chillies Entertainment) and Gaurav Verma.

As posted by Red Chillies Entertainment, the movie created history by making the HIGHEST single day collection ever. On Saturday, the film collected Rs 68.72 crores (Hindi) and its gross box office collection in all languages is Rs 144.22 CRORES!
According to reports, the movie has already collected Rs 350 crores worldwide at the box office in just 3 days.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the total collection of Jawan in the Hindi belt stands at Rs 180.45 CRORES!
The SRK-starrer minted a total collection of Rs 25.61 crores from Tamil and Telugu in 3 days.
Day 1 (Hindi) : ₹65.50 cr
Day 2 (Hindi) : ₹46.23 cr
Day 3 (Hindi) : ₹68.72 cr
Total (Hindi) :₹180.45 CRORES
The film opened to the whopping box office collection of Rs 65.50 crores in the Hindi belt, becoming the BIGGEST Hindi film opener of all time. With Jawan, SRK broke his own record. For the unversed, Pathaan had collected Rs 55 crores on its opening day.
Shah Rukh played a double role in this movie – a fighter father and his jailer son. For this movie, he has sported 7 different avatars. While Deepika plays the role of elder SRK’s wife, Nayanthara is seen as younger SRK’s love interest.
