While there hasn’t been an official pregnancy announcement yet, a close source has reportedly confirmed that the Haseen Dillruba actor and his wife indeed are expecting their first child!

The couple got engaged in November 2019 and their wedding had taken place on the 18th of February 2022 in Himachal Pradesh.
For the unversed, Vikrant Massey-Sheetal Thakur have previously worked together in the first season of ALT Balaji’s show ‘Broken But Beautiful’ (2018). Vikrant- Sheetal had began dating in 2015, way before co-starring in the project.
“My married life has been great. Yes, there are a lot of things that are different now. I feel a lot different but I married my best friend and couldn’t have asked for more. I got a new house, and that has also been a blessing. So life is good and God has been very kind,” Vikrant had previously commented, talking about his marriage.

On the work front, Vikrant will headline Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s upcoming directorial, 12th Fail. The filmmaker calls it a tribute to UPSC aspirants.
Adapted from Anurag Pathak’s bestselling novel of the same name, the film is inspired by the real-life story of IPS Officer Manoj Kumar Sharma and IRS Officer Shraddha Joshi. However, 12th Fail is NOT a biography.
He will also be seen in the sequel of Haseen Dillruba – Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba with Taapsee Pannu and Sunny Kaushal this time.
Another one of his intriguing projects – Sector 36, a crime thriller inspired by the shocking true events of the Nithari Killings.
Talking about Sheetal, she has starred in movies like Brij Mohan Amar Rahe, Chappad Phaad Ke, Upstarts and Shukranu.
