The makers have revealed the release date of the movie. It was earlier speculated that Salaar will clash with a big-budget Bollywood film. Come, let’s find out.
Bollywood critic Taran Adarsh took to Instagram to announce the movie’s release date. The movie was scheduled to be released on September 28th, but due to some internal issues, the movie faced a delay. As per reports, the film will clash with Shahrukh Khan’s Dunki.
Prabhas’s Salar movie was postponed at the last minute and Hombale Films took to Twitter (X) to announce the new date. This movie will now clash with Dunki later this year during the Christmas weekend.

Salaar is said to be an action thriller based on a violent man. After the release of its teaser earlier this year, it was confirmed that ‘Salaar’ would be released in two parts. The first installment, titled ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire‘, features Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Shruti Haasan in lead roles. The film also features Jagapathi Babu, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, and Ramachandra Raju in pivotal roles.
After this, Prabhas will also be seen in Kalki 2898 AD, which also stars Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani.
