The movie released today, October 20th, and the movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Elli AvRam in pivotal roles.
As per reports, the lead, Tiger Shroff is taking home a whopping amount of Rs 50 crores for Part 1 and Part 2 of Ganapth. This makes him one of the highest paid actors in the industry. Kriti Sanon, who is playing the female lead character, Jassi, in both parts, has taken home a whopping Rs 10 crore.
Bollywood’s legendary superstar Amitabh Bachchan is said to be portraying a major role in Ganapath Part 1 and 2. For his role, he has charged around Rs 15 crore.
Model and actress Elli AvRam who also plays a very important role in the movie has reportedly charged around 80-85 lakhs.
The movie also stars supporting cast like Rahman, Jameel Khan, Girish Kulkarni, Shruthy Menon, and Ziad Bakri, they have reportedly been paid around Rs 30-75 lakhs for their respective roles in the movie.
As per reports, while talking about the movie, Tiger said, “Ganapath is a different film for me, we are trying to show a new world, it has a different kind of action, it has a beautiful love story and finally working with my heroine, Kriti Sanon after ‘Heropanti’, after nine years. I was very excited to work with her. I’m excited for you all to watch Ganpath, hope you guys enjoy it.”
For the unversed, Ganapath is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language dystopian action film written and directed by Vikas Bahl, who also produced the film in association with Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. It shows the story of Guddu transformation to Ganapath, a mercenary who sets out on a mission to safeguard his people from a notorious syndicate headed by Dalini.
