Popular American sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S actor Matthew Perry has passed away at the 54 due to accidental drowning.
He was best known for portrayal as Chandler Bing in the show.
According to reports, the actor died on Saturday and his body was found in a hot tub at this Los Angeles residence.
His fans across the globe are yet to come to terms with his tragic and untimely death.
The Los Angeles Times reported that the American-Canadian actor was found unresponsive at his home at around 4 pm on Saturday (October 28). Police have ruled out any indication of foul play. Reportedly, no drugs were discovered at the scene.
As per reports, Perry had returned to his home after a 2-hour round of pickleball game and sent his assistant on an errand. After 2 hours, he came back and found the actor unresponsive in his Jacuzzi. He then called 911 for emergency assistance.

Meanwhile, after the tragic death, his last post on Instagram is going viral on the internet, leaving his fans emotional. In the post, Perry was seen relaxing in a Jacuzzi under the moonlight.
In a statement, Warner Bros. Television – producers of F.R.I.E.N.D.S – expressed their sorrow. They stated –
“We are devastated by the passing of our dear friend Matthew Perry. Matthew was an incredibly gifted actor and an indelible part of the Warner Bros. Television Group family. The impact of his comedic genius was felt around the world, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of so many. This is a heartbreaking day, and we send our love to his family, his loved ones, and all of his devoted fans.”
