The Archies: Suhana Khan Singing Debut?
Looks like the Netflix film will not only mark the acting debut of Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, but also her playback debut in Bollywood.
Suhana Khan plays Veronica Lodge in the upcoming Zoya Akhtar-directorial. She has crooned the song ‘Jab Tum Na Theen’ along with her Archies co-star Dot. The track has been composed by Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonsa.

Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the Netflix movie – set in the ’60s – is the Indian adaptation of the popular comic of the same name.
The star-studded cast of The Archies includes Agastya as Archie Andrews, Suhana as Veronica Lodge, Khushi as Betty Cooper, Mihir Ahuja as Jughead Jones, Vedang Raina as Reggie Mantle, Dot as Ethel Muggs and Yuvraj Menda as Dilton Doiley.

The makers of The Archies movie released a new groovy track from their album recently – Dhishoom Dhishoom song. Previously released songs include – Va Va Voom and Sunoh.
While talking about casting Suhana, Zoya Akhtar shared that she was aware that Suhana was already training to be an actor, and that helped her become one of the cast members of The Archies.
Zoya shared, “Suhana was already acting. She was in a school in New York. She was training to be an actor, so we knew she wanted to act.”
The Archies will have as many as 16 songs as the musical adaptation gears up for the release.
