The War actor shared a gorgeous poster from the film – introducing him as Patty aka Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania.
“Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania. Call Sign: Patty. Designation: Squadron Pilot. Unit: Air Dragons. Fighter Forever,” he captioned the post.

Talking about his Fighter character Patty, Hrithik had commented – “It’s very interesting as Patty, in many ways, in maturity, and age-wise too, is a little younger than me or how Kabir is. Kabir is more evolved and composed. Patty is young, spontaneous and angry, angry at things that maybe I would not personally be angry at. So, Patty is an interesting space for me because I remember me being like that at some point in my life. It is very hard to reconcile with him because I have to keep my evolution aside.”
A few months back, a brief snippet introducing the cast of Fighter was unveiled. With the beautiful rendition of ‘Vande Mataram’ playing in the background, the 1st look of the 3 stars as Indian Air Force Officers was revealed to the audience.
Talking about Fighter, Hrithik said – “We shot for about 12 days inside the Sukhois and with the Sukhois. It has been incredible and it’s been so inspiring just to be around the Indian Air Force. I learnt so much, the body language, the decorum, the discipline, what they are up against every single day.”
For the unversed, Hrithik has previously worked with Siddharth Anand for Bang Bang and War, while Deepika and Siddharth had teamed up for Bachna Ae Haseeno and the 2023 blockbuster Pathaan.
Apart from Fighter, Hrithik Roshan will next be seen in War 2. The film also stars Jr NTR. Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, will be seen in the sci-fi actioner Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas.
