Directed by Siddharth Anand, the aerial-actioner hit theatres yesterday (January 25).
Touted to be India’s first aerial actioner, Fighter is a tribute to the valour and sacrifice of the Indian air force pilots.
The movie revolves around top IAF aviators who come together in the face of imminent danger, to form Air Dragons. The story unfolds their camaraderie, brotherhood and battles, internal and external.
According to reports, the movie has been made on a whopping budget of Rs 250 CRORES! Let’ have a look at the starcast salaries –
1) Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik Roshan won us over with his look as Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania aka Patty in Fighter. According to reports, the Greek god has been paid to the tune of Rs 50 CRORES for the movie.
2) Deepika Padukone
Deepika Padukone has been at the receiving end of a lot of praise for her performance in Fighter. She plays the role of Squadron Leader Minal Rathore aka Minni, for which she is allegedly paid a whopping Rs 15 CRORES!

3) Anil Kapoor

In Fighter, the handsome hunk Karan Singh Grover is seen as Squadron Leader Sartaj Gill aka Taj. If reports are to be believed, he has charged Rs 2 crores for his role.
5) Akshay Oberoi
Akshay Oberoi played the role of Squadron Leader Basheer Khan aka Bash in the film. His fee is said to be around Rs 1 CRORE!
