Check Out Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal Park movie shooting updates –
After the blockbuster success of Animal, the anticipation for the sequel is getting bigger with each passing day.
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal was a box office winner. The gangster-drama starred Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri and Shakti Kapoor among others.
For the unversed, the post-credits scene in Animal hinted at the possibility of a sequel – Animal Park. It showed Abrar’s brother Aziz aka the butcher (Ranbir’s lookalike).
Animal Park Shooting Updates:
According to Mid Day, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial is expected to go on floors in 2025. Reportedly, the basic structure of the script of Animal Park was ready when Animal was written.
Reportedly, Vanga, who is gearing up to direct Prabhas for Spirit, will actively delve into the writing for Animal in the later part of this year. Till then, the writing team will apparently work on developing the script based on the plotline given to then by the filmmaker.
As the report further suggests, Animal Park will focus on Ranbir’s character, Ranvijay and his lookalike Aziz. The sequel will also highlight the domestic feud between Ranvijay and Geetanjali (played by Rashmika) and his relationship with his son.
“Animal Park’s basic structure was ready right when Animal (2023) was written. It was meant to be a multi-film outing. The second part will focus on Ranbir’s character Ranvijay and his lookalike. The domestic feud between the protagonist and his wife Geetanjali will be taken forward, as will his relationship with his son. The idea is that while Sandeep shoots Spirit, he will take monthly updates on the script primarily being written by Pranay Vanga. He will actively work with the writers only in the second half of 2024.”

On the work front, Ranbir is all set to play Lord Ram Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. He also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s epic saga, Love & War with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
