If the latest reports are to be believed, then that seems to be the case. After her debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, Suhana’s next was with her superstar father Shah Rukh Khan.

The project was to be helmed by Sujoy Ghosh. Times Now report says that this father-daughter film is postponed indefinitely!
Suhana Khan-Shah Rukh Khan Film On Backburner Indefinitely?
An insider source revealed to the portal – “Don’t think that project is happening. Not after The Archies. Suhana needs to find a project as far removed from her father as possible. Earlier, SRK was tempted to get on camera with his daughter. Now, after The Archies, this historic togetherness is gone on the backburner.”
Suhana Khan’s The Archies was released on Netflix last year. The film was severely criticised by the netizens. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan had a terrific 2023 with blockbuster successes like Pathaan and Jawan. He was last seen in the Rajkumar Hirani film – Dunki.
He will be seen next in the YRF actioner – Tiger vs Pathaan which is headed for a 2026 release. There were also rumours about him replacing Salman Khan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Inshallah. As per reports, it is also being said that SRK was approached for a Vishal Bhardwaj film.
