Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have recently leased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Beau Monde Towers.
The couple will pay a monthly rent of Rs 7 lakh for this prime property in Prabhadevi.
As per a report by Square Yards, the leased property boasts a built-up area of 3,245 sq. ft. and a carpet area of 2,319.50 sq. ft., offering ample space for their growing family. With three dedicated car parking spaces, the apartment is part of a premium residential project by the Ashwin Sheth Group.
The couple has signed a 36-month lease agreement for the apartment. The monthly rent is Rs 7 lakh for the first 18 months, increasing to Rs 7.35 lakh for the remaining period. A security deposit of Rs 21 lakh has also been paid.
Prabhadevi, a prime location in Mumbai, offers excellent connectivity and is home to iconic landmarks like the Siddhivinayak Temple. Deepika Padukone, who already owns property in Beau Monde Towers, has now leased another apartment in the same complex. This strategic move aligns with her recent real estate investments, including a Bandra apartment and an Alibaug bungalow.
Speaking of the professional front, both were recently seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. While Deepika is on maternity break, Ranveer resumed working a while ago.
