Sitaare Zameen Par Trailer Out; Aamir Khan Plays A Coach To Specially-Abled People!
Sitaare Zameen Par Trailer:
Sitaare Zameen Par Trailer has been released now! In the 3-minute clip, Aamir Khan takes on the role of Gulshan, a basketball star coach whose career takes a downward spiral following a heated clash with the police. He is penalized by the court and assigned to train a group of specially-abled people for a basketball tournament.
Genelia Deshmukh plays Aamir’s love interest in the film.
Posting the trailer, Aamir’s production house summed up the film and wrote, “1 Tingu Basketball Coach, 10 Toofani SITAARE aur unki journey.”

About Sitaare Zameen Par
Sitaare Zameen Par is produced by Aamir Khan Productions and introduces ten debut actors: Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar.
Directed by RS Prasanna, the film is a spiritual sequel to Aamir’s 2007 hit Taare Zameen Par. Unlike his earlier role as the kind-hearted teacher Nikumbh, Aamir plays a completely different character this time.
Speaking about the difference, Aamir said, “My character in Taare Zameen Par was Nikumb, who is a very sensitive person. In this film, my character’s name is Gulshan, but his personality is exactly opposite to Nikumbh’s. He is not sensitive at all. He is very rude, politically incorrect, and he insults everybody.”
