“Since childhood, I thought I’d be married by 21 or 22. But I’m still not married because I don’t want to be.”

She always believed she’d be married young. But over time, she realised that wasn’t what she wanted. And right now, she’s absolutely fine with that.
“I feel like it’s about my career and all that,” she added, casually but confidently.

Mrunal isn’t avoiding commitment. She’s just choosing herself for now, and she’s unapologetic about it. When asked if she ever feels like skipping personal life altogether in order to focus on work, she responded with calm clarity.
“See, it’s a calling,” she said. “You know, when it’s meant to happen, it will. Right now, my career requires so much of my attention. So, it’s fine. When personal life is supposed to happen, it will.we shouldn’t force anything. The calling should just happen… when it’s meant to happen, it will.”
As for the buzz about her and Dhanush? She didn’t directly comment on it. And she didn’t need to. Her focus remains where she wants it to be; on her work, her growth, and her own terms.
