Did you know Salman Khan was also offered to do the movies ‘Baazigar‘ and ‘Chak De! India’? Looks like Shah Rukh Khan wasn’t the only actor in consideration.
In an interview, Salman Khan had revealed his reasons for rejecting the two projects which were later on offered to his bhaijaan, SRK!
Speaking about Abbas-Mustan’s ‘Baazigar’, Salman mentioned that the directors had come to the actor for his reviews. Salman then went on to ask the directors to add a motherly angle into it, however, they refused to make the changes. Salman, later on, went to reject the film after which the directors took the offer to Shah Rukh.
Salman also said that had he taken up the offer for ‘Baazigar’, SRK would not have had Mannat standing in Bandstand (Shah Rukh’s house is named Mannat). The former Khan also said that he is very happy for the latter’s success.
Speaking about ‘Chak De! India‘, Salman said that he felt the Pakistani and Bangladeshi fans might feel bad with the title.
