Dhoom 4: Ayan Mukerji to direct Ranbir Kapoor?
Recently, news went viral that Ranbir Kapoor has been roped in to lead this next instalment of the Dhoom Franchise.
Dhoom 4: Ayan Mukerji To Direct Ranbir Kapoor?
Looks like Ranbir and his Brahmastra director Ayan might reunite for this exciting Dhoom sequel as well. As per reports, YRF is pleased with Ayan’s handling of War 2 and he’s one of the top contenders to helm Dhoom 4.

Ayan is currently busy with War 2, so nothing is confirmed as of now. Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani were recently spotted in Italy for the same. Moreover, Ayan also has the mammoth Brahmastra franchise to direct. It would be interesting to see if the director officially comes on board for Dhoom 4.
As per previous reports, Dhoom 4 is being rebooted as Dhoom Reloaded. Moreover, Ranbir Kapoor has been roped in as the lead but he’s playing the role of a villain allegedly!
Fans might be disappointed to hear that Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will not be returning with this reboot. It is being reported that two big, young gen heroes will step in to play the cop duo in Dhoom 4.
Dhoom 4 will go on floors either by the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026. This will happen after Ranbir has finished filming for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film Love And War and Ramayana 1 & 2.
Ranbir Kapoor Upcoming Movies:
He will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love And War with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. He has the Ramayana movies with Sai Pallavi. Moreover, there’s the sequel of Animal – Animal Park lined up.
Lastly, Brahmastra movies with Alia Bhatt are also a part of his upcoming slate.
