“I really want to get married and have a family, but only with the person with whom I feel, ‘Yes, I want to spend my whole life with him,’” she shared. No compromises, no rushing. For Jaya, love is about finding the right person who feels like home.

“I even want to adopt a child, or maybe have a child, there are numerous options scientifically. But I feel until I meet the right person, I won’t get married,” she explained.
She reflected on how times have changed. “Earlier, people didn’t have options, that’s why they were scared. Like, babies, body issues, complications. But now you have options, so it’s not such a big issue. And honestly, I also feel, I really want to adopt a child.”
Jaya’s reasoning is deeply compassionate. “So many kids are waiting for love. Why bring another when you can adopt a child?” she asked, adding that such a decision would naturally be shared with her future partner. Yet she didn’t shy away from saying that even if marriage doesn’t happen, she’d still happily adopt.
It’s this mix of practicality and heart that makes Jaya Kishori so admired. Whether marriage is on the cards or not, her vision of family is rooted in love, and that’s what truly matters.
