Bollywood divorces aren’t exactly smooth but it’s always good to see two people coming together to parent children even after falling apart.

1. Aamir Khan & Reena Dutta
Aamir Khan had married Reena Dutta in 1986 but the two called it quits after 16 long years in 2002. It is known that Aamir has spent a very heavy amount as alimony during their divorce but the details or the amount hasn’t been revealed.
In 2005, Khan wed Kiran Rao, who was an Assistant Director on the sets of the former’s movie Lagaan. Unfortunately, the two announced their divorce too just three days ago and plan on co-parenting their son Azad.
2. Karisma Kapoor & Sunjay Kapur
Karisma Kapoor wed businessman Sunjay Kapur in 2003 and have two children together – Samiera and Kiaan. However, Karisma filed for divorce in 2014 and the couple officially split up in 2016. As for the alimony and settlement, Karisma obtained Sunjay’s father’s house and the latter also purchased bonds for his children worth Rs 14 Crores!
As per a source, the bonds provide a monthly interest of Rs 10 Lakhs.
3. Farhan Akhtar & Adhuna Bhabani
Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani got married in 2000 and split up after a long time in 2017. Farhan had taken the decision to pay the one-time alimony on a monthly basis. Not only that, but Adhuna also got a 10,000 sq. ft bungalow called ‘Vipassana’ while Akhtar has invested in finances for their children Shakya and Akira.
