Overall, An Action Hero had an underwhelming 1st weekend with a 5.99 crore collection. The action comedy has been receiving positive word of mouth though.

Ayushmann recently took to Instagram, penning an emotional note to encourage audiences to love and support this film. “We have tried to give audiences something new to savour…..we hope this snowballs into more and more people coming to the theatres,” he wrote.
