A ridiculous rumour was then started by a so-called critic Umair Sandhu that Adipurush couple Kriti Sanon-Prabhas will be getting engaged in a week in Maldives!
Prabhas’ team rubbished the report as fake. ”Prabhas and Kriti are just friends. The news about them getting engaged is not true,” they said.
Adipurush will be released in theatres on 16 June 2023. The project received a lot of flak for its VFX and hence the release was postponed from January to June.
Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon-Kartik Aaryan’s Shehzada will soon be in cinemas on 17th February. Kriti also has Ganapath with Tiger Shroff and the ensemble starrer The Crew with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Tabu.
Prabhas, on the other hand, has Prashanth Neel’s Salaar, the sci-fi film Project K with Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit.
