Recently news about a few cast members of the upcoming Hindi film Jug Jug Jeeyo being tested positive for COVID were doing rounds on the internet.
Now, it has been confirmed that Neetu Kapoor is tested positive and that Ranbir Kapoor has arranged for her return to Mumbai.
As per Peeping Moon, Neetu has currently self-isolated herself in a separate room in Chandigarh and that she will soon be flying back to Mumbai in an air ambulance. Her son Ranbir Kapoor has made the special arrangements in order to help his mother travel back easily.
However, Neetu’s co-star and veteran actor Anil Kapoor took to Twitter yesterday on Friday and tweeted about his well-being. He says that he has been tested negative. “In the interest of putting any rumours to rest, I have tested negative for COVID-19. Thank you all for your concern and good wishes.”
