Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra will be sharing screen space for the 1st time!
Titled ‘Thank God’, this upcoming slice-of-life comedy features the gorgeous Rakul Preet Singh as the leading lady.
Rakul is reuniting with both Ajay Devgn and Sidharth for this movie. She had worked with Sid before in Aiyaary and Marjaavan. Thank God will be Rakul and Ajay Devgn’s 3rd collaboration; they had co-starred in De De Pyaar De and are also coming together for Mayday.
According to previous reports, Thank God is said to reportedly be inspired by the Danish comedy film Sorte Kugler.
“Devgn will play a bitter and bankrupt middle-aged man, who gets a new lease of life after a car crash. Sidharth’s character changes his outlook on life,” revealed a source close to the development.
Directed by Indra Kumar, the film will kickstart shooting from 21st January 2021.
