The gorgeous diva Deepika Padukone received a really sweet birthday wish from Greek God Hrithik Roshan a few days back.
She teased back “another big celebration coming up in a couple of days”.
Now, she could obviously have been referring to Hrithik Roshan’s upcoming birthday on 10th January. But fans got into a rather overexcited frenzy at the Twitter exchange, thinking that the duo was hinting about doing a movie together!
Well, looks like your speculation might be true folks! As per a Bollywood Bubble report, these two sexy peeps reportedly ARE teaming up for Siddharth Anand’s actioner flick!
After Bang Bang and War, Hrithik is reuniting with director Siddharth Anand for a new, aerial action-thriller called ‘Fighter’! Sid had revealed that the basic premise of the movie was set against the backdrop of ‘Fighter Jets’ and Hrithik had loved the narration. According to reports, he is supposed to play a pilot.
Sidharth is also directing Deepika for ‘Pathan’ and he reportedly pitched ‘Fighters’ to her and she was also excited. The Bollywood Bubble report states that the movie might be officially announced on 10th January.
A source told Bollywood Bubble, “The role is action-oriented and will release next year. The makers will be making an official announcement of the movie on Hrithik’s birthday which is January 10.”
“The actioner will have Hrithik and Deepika in prominent action-driven roles. Both of them will shoot several high octane action and stunt sequences together. Tentatively, the film is titled Fighter. This was also the initial title Siddharth had locked for ‘WAR’.”
We hope this report is confirmed soon. Deepika and Hrithik will make for one of the hottest pairs onscreen and we can’t wait to see their magic!
