Rocketry: The Nambi Effect movie received rave reviews from the audience and critics alike.
Written-directed by R. Madhavan, who also played the lead role, the film is based on the life of ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, which also stars Simran, Shah Rukh Khan and Sam Mohan in pivotal roles, hit theatres on July 1, 2022.
The movie brings out the story of aerospace engineer Nambi Narayanan who was falsely accused of espionage and got arrested in 1994.
Box Office Collection Day 1:
Despite the positive review, the R. Madhavan-starrer witnessed a low start at the box office. According to a report, Rocketry: The Nambi Effect collected Rs 75 lakhs on its opening day.
Reportedly, the movie was released in limited screens and metros only. Rocketry: The Nambi Effect clashed with Aditya Roy Kapur‘s Rashtra Kavach: OM at the box office.
