Shahid Kapoor & Pooja Hegde have announced the release date of their new movie titled Deva.
The actors are all set to collaborate for the first time for a movie.
On Tuesday, Shahid Kapoor took to social media and unveiled the first look of Deva along with the release date.
Directed by Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews, the thriller film reportedly sees Shahid in a cop’s role.
The actor took his fans by surprise after he unveiled his first look from the upcoming action-packed thriller movie. He sported a rugged look holding a gun with a beard and shorter hair.

Announcing the same, the Farzi actor wrote –

According to the makers, Deva tells the story of a brilliant yet rebellious police officer who is investigating a high-profile case. As he delves deeper into the case, he uncovers a web of deceit and betrayal, leading him down a thrilling and dangerous path.
The movie is produced by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films.
On the work front, Shahid will be seen opposite Kriti Sanon in a yet-to-be-titled quirky love story. Previously, the movie was slated to hit theatres in October 2023, but eventually got postponed to February 2024.
As per reports, he also has Farzi 2 lined up ahead of him. However, there is no official announcement yet.
Shahid was last seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bloody Daddy, while Pooja’s last outing was with Salman Khan in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
