Ranveer Singh has reportedly sold two of his luxury apartments in Mumbai.
As per reports, the actor had bought the flats in 2014.
Ranveer Singh likes to invest in real estate properties. Last year, the actor, along with his actress-wife Deepika Padukone, purchased a palatial 11,266 sq ft quadruplex apartment in Bandra, near Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat.
According to the latest Money Control, Ranveer has recently sold two apartments in Mumbai’s Goregaon East region. Located on the 43rd floor of the Oberoi Exquisite, the combined price of the two flats is reportedly a whopping Rs 15.25 CRORES!
Spread across 1,324 sq ft each in size, the apartments have a total of six parking spots. Reportedly, the actor received a stamp duty of Rs 45.75 lakh for each flat and the deal was finalized on November 6, 2023.
The website further states that the flats were sold to someone from the same housing complex. According to reports, Ranveer had purchased the flats in 2014 for Rs 4.64 crores each.
