Sunny Deol to be a part of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana movie?
The epic trilogy is currently one of the most-talked-about movies.
After the blockbuster success of Gadar 2, Sunny Deol will be seen in Aamir Khan’s Lahore, 1947. Now, as per latest reports, the 66-year-old actor is set to play this important role in Ramayana.
There has been a lot of speculations and reports doing rounds about the mythological film for quite a while now.

Sunny Deol In Ramayana:
According to Pinkvilla, Sunny Deol has apparently been confirmed to play the role of Hanuman in Nitesh’s Ramayana with Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram. Deol is expected to start shooting for his part in May 2024.
Reportedly, Sunny will only have a guest appearance in the first part of the epic trilogy, while the second and third part will have his complete presence. As the report further suggests, the makers are convinced after Dara Singh, it’s Sunny Deol who would be synonymous with Lord Hanuman in modern times.

For the unversed, Sai Pallavi has been roped in to play Sita, while KGF star Yash will essay the role of Raavan in Ramayana. Lara Dutta will be seen as Kaikeyi.
The makers are reportedly in talks with Vijay Sethupathi for Vibhishana’s role.
“It’s a legacy part, and the teams are unfazed by the social media chatter. Ranbir has the utmost respect for Sunny Deol, and the latter considers Ranbir to be one of the finest actors of Indian Cinema. The dynamic shared by the two will be a treat for audiences on the big screen. The idea is to bring to spectacle the pure bond shared by Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman,” the source concluded.
Ramayana Goes On Floors In March 2024:
As per multiple reports, Ramayana is set to go on floors in March 2024 with RK and Pallavi. Ramayana: Part One is expected to get wrapped up by July and the makers will then invest a year and a half on post-production of the film.
