Richa Chadha, Ali Fazal announce pregnancy!
The couple is expecting their first child together. They both come from different faiths and had registered their marriage in 2020 under the Special Marriage Act.

They had a lavish celebration for their wedding 2 years later in 2022. On 9th February 2024, the duo announced their pregnancy with a sweet post. “1 + 1 = 3” – read the image in their Instagram post. They also shared an adorable photo together with a pregnant lady emoji.
“A tiny heartbeat is the loudest sound in our world” – Richa and Ali captioned the post.

For their wedding, the duo wore stunning ivory ensembles by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. For the unversed, Richa-Ali met on the sets of Fukrey and fell in love. They dated for 7 years before deciding to get married.
Ali said that he tried his best to impress Richa in those early days.
“I remember we were reading for Fukrey and I don’t know why I just went and sat next to her and it was stupid like those stupid things you do. I wanted to be part of the conversation, and I’m like, ‘Oh, you want this dish? You want this?’ And the same dish is right here. It was unnecessary chivalry. Then we started talking a lot. We bonded on a lot of things actually.” he commented.
On the work front, Richa Chadha will be seen next in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix series – Heeramandi. Ali Fazal was last seen in Khufiya. He started his own film production company named Pushing Buttons Studios with Richa Chadha.
