To take place on May 5, 2025, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, this year’s Met Gala theme is Superfine: Tailoring Black Style with Shahrukh Khan, Kiara Advani and more.
Inspired by Monica L. Miller’s book Slaves to Fashion, the exhibition delves into Black dandyism and the deeper cultural meaning of tailored fashion within Black identity.
The dress code, “Tailored for You,” invites attendees to showcase their unique take on suiting and menswear-inspired styles, celebrating individuality through refined fashion.
