Dharmendra Discharged From Hospital; To Continue Treatment At Home!
Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra has finally been discharged from Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital, and fans can breathe a sigh of relief!
The much-loved star, who was admitted after complaining of breathlessness, is now back home and will continue his recovery under medical supervision.
Dr. Pratit Samdani, who was treating the actor, confirmed the news and told PTI, “Dharmendra ji was discharged from the hospital. He will be treated at home as the family has decided to give him treatment at home.”
Soon after, Sunny Deol’s team also issued an official statement to end all speculation and rumors that had been doing the rounds. The statement read, “Mr. Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and will continue his recovery at home. We kindly request the media and the public to refrain from any further speculation and to respect his and the family’s privacy during this time.”
The clarification came after a chaotic day filled with confusion and panic online. Yesterday, social media was flooded with false reports claiming Dharmendra had passed away. Fans were understandably furious and heartbroken, but the actor’s family, including Esha Deol and Hema Malini, quickly stepped in to rubbish the fake news.
Netizens, who adore Dharmendra across generations, expressed their anger at the misleading reports but were equally relieved to learn that their favorite star is doing better. Messages of love and good wishes have been pouring in from all over the country for the “He-Man” of Bollywood.
