Animal Song Satranga | Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, WATCH VIDEO –
The soulful Satranga song from Animal released today. The video stars Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead. The track has been sung by Arijit Singh. The music director for the song is Shreyas Puarnik and the lyrics are by Siddharth-Garima.
Animal Song Satranga –
Satranga starts off Ranbir and Rashmika’s characters celebrating Karwa Chauth ritual. However, a tense moment arises between the two, resulting in a fight. When Anil Kapoor’s character (he plays RK’s father) tries to interrupt their quarrel, his son reassures him that it’s just a silly husband-wife fight.
Animal Song Satranga –
Towards the end, Ranbir’s character leaves with an ominous warning – “I don’t know if I will come back or not, but if I do not, please don’t get married again.”
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga (Arjun Reddy & Kabir Singh fame), Animal also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Triptii Dimri in key roles. It is a gangster drama that revolves around the toxic relationship between a father (played by Anil) and son (played by Ranbir Kapoor).
Release Date:
In cinemas on 1st December 2023 (in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam).
Before Satranga, Hua Main was the 1st track to drop from the Animal album. It was received warmly by the audience.
Previously, Animal was slated to hit theatres on 11 August 2023 clashing with OMG 2 and Gadar 2. However, the film got postponed.
To Clash With Sam Bahadur
The gangster drama is now set to clash with Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the biopic on Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw also stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh in key roles.
